Leverson Legacy Insurance, LLC is an independent insurance agency that helps individuals and families explore and enroll in various insurance products, including but not limited to:

  • ACA Marketplace health plans (via HealthCare.gov and other exchanges)

  • Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans (where licensed)

  • Stand-alone vision and dental plans

  • Life insurance and related products

We are licensed in one or more U.S. states. Availability of products and services may vary based on your state of residence and our current licenses and carrier appointments.


2. No Guarantee of Coverage or Eligibility

Information provided on the Site is for general educational purposes only. It does not:

  • Guarantee that you qualify for any specific plan, subsidy, discount, or rate;

  • Guarantee that any particular product will be available to you;

  • Replace the official rules or determinations of government agencies (such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, HealthCare.gov, or state Medicaid agencies) or private insurance carriers.

All insurance applications are subject to the terms, conditions, underwriting, and approval of the relevant insurance carrier or government program.


3. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

The Site and any information you receive from us through the Site (including blog posts, resources, FAQs, and general educational content) are not intended as legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.

You should always consult with:

  • A tax professional for tax questions

An agent–client relationship is generally established when:

  • You choose to work with one of our licensed agents,

  • You provide the necessary information, and

  • We actively assist you with an application, enrollment, or policy service.

We reserve the right to decline to provide services or to work with any prospective client, as allowed by applicable law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources, including but not limited to:

  • HealthCare.gov and other ACA Marketplace/exchange sites

  • Insurance carrier websites

  • Scheduling platforms, forms, and external resources

These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, graphics, text, images, videos, documents, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Leverson Legacy Insurance, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

  • Any warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site

  • Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leverson Legacy Insurance, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any:

In any case, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for services through the Site, if any, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leverson Legacy Insurance, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Site;

  • Your violation of these Terms; or

  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.


13. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving [INSERT COUNTY], Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
